Our story

Eclogite embodies the environment in which we perform our craft, this is the story behind our name

Eclogite is a metamorphic rock, meaning that it has changed and adapted -a natural process within all enterprise environments. It is mainly found at tectonic plate boundaries -representing the external forces that influence all enterprises. During the formation of Eclogite, metamorphosis is activated by extreme pressures and temperatures -common during times of enterprise transformation. The Greek words ‘eklogē’ (selection) and ‘lithos’ (rock) from which the name Eclogite is derived does however imply that we have agency in our response -with strategy helping to form clear direction, a solid purpose and the determination to thrive.
